My name is Una Mc Nerney, I live in Moycullen, Co. Galway with my husband Pete and my two beautiful children Sean and Amy.
One of the most important things for me as a therapist is that every person who walks through my door for any form of energy healing feels safe, allowing them to relax more and heal at a deeper level.
I have been studying and practising various Energy therapies since 2009. The first time I ever heard of our body having an Energy system was when I was doing a diploma course in Indian Head Massage and Anatomy and Physiology, and ever since then I have taken every opportunity to learn as much about our Energy system and how it’s affected by our thoughts and emotions. I have been amazed by all the various therapies that are available to help bring balance to our Energy system.
One of my most memorable moments was doing an Energy Medicine workshop with Donna Eden Author of Energy Medicine, her amazing passion for energy work is contagious. For me as a therapist it is my hope to walk in her footsteps and educate people in the many different Energy techniques to reclaim their health and vitality working with their own body’s Energy system.

This is a story that inspired me which I came across many years ago. Sadly I do not know the origin of it so if anybody does I would be grateful to hear from you. See if you can relate to this I know I certainly can.
THE DUCK WITH A HUMAN MIND
After two ducks get into a fight which never lasts long, they will separate and float off in opposite directions, then each duck will flap it’s wings vigorously a few times thus releasing the surplus energy that build up during the fight. After they flap their wings, they float on peacefully as if nothing had ever happened. If the duck had a human mind it would keep the fight alive by thinking, by story making, this would probably be the duck’s story. “I don’t believe what he just did, he came to within five inches of me, he thinks he owns this pond, he has no consideration for my private space, I’ll never trust him again, next time he will try something else just to annoy me. I’m sure he is plotting something already, but I’m not going to stand for this I’ll teach him a lesson he won’t forget”, and on and on the mind spins it’s tale, still thinking and talking about it days, months, or years later. We are a species that has lost it’s way. Everything natural, every flower or tree and every animal have important lessons to teach us if we would only stop, look and listen. Our duck’s lesson is this: FLAP YOUR WINGS which translates as LET GO OF THE STORY and return to the only place of power, THE PRESENT MOMENT,
